Friends! It’s 2018 woot woot– this year’s gunna be uge. Uuuge. And to help get ourselves organized over here in the Smith home, we worked up this giant (48 x 36 inch) wall calendar. The work is already done so I figured I’d throw it up here to offer those of you who are as full of golden intentions as we are!

I’ve never done a download so let me know if you have issues, but for your free calendar you should just be able to

  1. Click this link:  Download Now
  2. Drag the goals2018calendar.jpg (from wherever you save it on your computer) onto a thumb drive
  3. Take it to Staples and kindly ask them to print you a “large format black and white print”. It should cost under $7

You’re welcome to downsize too. I’ll take no offense to those who don’t want to be as awesome as us and display a life-sized calendar on their bedroom wall. PS- print wherever you’d like! These instructions are just how we went about it.

Cheers to a New Year and big love to you all!

We’ve stumbled into some real God-send relationships while in Dental School. One of which is with Davis and his stellar family. Watching these friends grow their families has been fun (and crazy and loud and stinky sometimes)… and documenting some of their life highlights here in Louisville is a treasure.

This boy is already coming up his one year mark! He’s grown taller and learned a few neat tricks, but stayed just as sweet and low-key as ever. Best boy award easily goes to our smiley, handsome buckaroo. Happy Birthday Big D!

It’s been such an adventure working with great brides, vendors, and other clients here in Louisville over the last three years. However, my husband’s school program is coming to a close with graduation this coming Spring(hallelujah). Which means we’ll be packing up and moving as early as May 2018. Without having a clue as to what our life will look like in 9 months,

I can’t comfortably book anything beyond April 30th 2018.

That said… watch for Fall 2017 Mini Session dates with me soooon!

It doesn’t get more true-blue(grass) Kentucky than Austin & JD’s wedding celebrations.  The amount of forethought and love poured into the details and quiet moments of that day were astounding. It all pieced together in such a beautiful display of southern charm, genuine hospitality, and deep rooted love for who and what is most important in life. I can’t thank the Lord enough for these opportunities to share in so much joy and beauty with my clients on their happiest days.Around the time of the wedding, Austin’s family was dealing with her father’s  Alzheimers diagnosis. In hindsight, it’s made images of them together some of my favorites because THIS is why photographs matter. Our lives matter, our relationships matter, and tangible proof of what they look like today, can mean the world. The Blue Bell groom’s cake though haha, it wins best groom’s cake to date hands down. Look at it!
